I am staying true to the authentic yoga, the eight fold path of yoga. When I teach, I focus on the basic of this path. This means I teach a simple approach to Asan (the physical positions), Pranayam (breathing techniques) and meditation (concentration).
Yoga meditation is so much more, but these sessions gives you a lot in terms of physical and mental health. If you apply these techniques into your daily routine, you will be able to fight of the stress that life constantly throw at us. You will be strong, both mentally and physically.
